I was informed that the ability to upload ICE compounds was disabled earlier and have now enabled them. I've also added a big shiny "Upload" button so people know where to click to upload their resources.

I've added the RSS Feeds back to the ICE and Materials sections. You can subscribe to the feeds to stay up to date with any added resources. It's also helpful to use with iGoogle or a web RSS reader through the netview which allows you to drag and drop the compounds and material presets directly onto objects or into their respective editors.
